Part of a group of negatives taken for June 10, 1959, Arkansas Gazette article "There's Money in That Salt Water," B1:2. Processing machines that are part of the jointly owned bromine plant of the Murphy Oil Corporation and the Michigan Chemical Corporation near El Dorado, Union County, Arkansas. It processes the pool of salt-water for bromine. Clayton Carter, superintendent, examines two above ground holding tanks.
